Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls professionally, taking messages as necessary.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Maintaining and organizing physical and digital filing systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting with data entry and updating records across various databases.
  • Preparing documents, presentations, and reports using standard office software.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing for internal and external meetings.
  • Providing general administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Performing basic office tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and binding.
  • Assisting with office tidiness, event coordination, and staff welfare activities.
