Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely reordering.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, directing queries appropriately and professionally.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation using various software.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, professional, and welcoming for staff and visitors.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation accurately and on time.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces, essential documentation, and introductory materials.
Required Skills
