Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, welcome packets, and initial paperwork to new hires.
- Coordinate new hire orientation sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and material preparation.
- Assist new employees with the completion of necessary employment forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires regarding onboarding questions and initial administrative support.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases with new hire information.
- Liaise with IT, payroll, and other departments to ensure new hires have necessary equipment, system access, and are set up for payroll.
- Track the progress of new hires through the onboarding process, following up on outstanding items.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and materials.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
