Key Responsibilities

- Identify and take appropriate action on content violations, including removal, flagging, or escalating complex cases to senior moderators or specialized teams.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in all content moderation decisions and actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation policies, guidelines, and workflows by providing constructive feedback and insights based on real-world content trends.
- Stay informed and up-to-date with evolving online trends, platform policies, and potential new content risks and emerging online threats.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent application of content standards and share best practices.
- Accurately document moderation decisions and report on content trends, common violations, and emerging issues.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance moderation skills, knowledge of policies, and overall effectiveness.
