Key Responsibilities

- Conduct guided tours of the property, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Answer basic questions about the property, local market, and purchasing process.
- Ensure the property is immaculately presented throughout the open house, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and feature sheets.
- Collect visitor feedback and relay key observations to the sales team.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all visitors and the property.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to the open house event.
