Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct guided tours of the property, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Answer basic questions about the property, local market, and purchasing process.
  • Ensure the property is immaculately presented throughout the open house, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and feature sheets.
  • Collect visitor feedback and relay key observations to the sales team.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all visitors and the property.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks related to the open house event.
