Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist with procurement processes, including tracking material orders, coordinating deliveries, and managing inventory.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, sub-contractors, and vendors, facilitating clear and timely communication.
  • Support the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and construction industry standards.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
