Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our logistics, workflow, and staff control functions in Northfield, Aberdeen. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations and workflow processes.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, process re-engineering, and technology adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overarching business objectives.

- Report on operational performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector.
- Demonstrable expertise in workflow optimization, process improvement, and staff management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and operational metrics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant operational software systems.
Preferred Qualifications
