Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall quality standards.
- Manage and mentor production teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous employee development and engagement.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards (e.g., ISO), and environmental policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven corrective actions as necessary to meet targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, sales, and engineering departments to optimize material flow and product delivery.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Manage operational budgets, controlling expenditures and optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular, comprehensive reports on operational performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, best practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of staff.
- Strong decision-making capabilities under pressure, with a focus on strategic outcomes.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related engineering field.
