Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Verify product quantities and ensure items match order specifications.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, scanning, and staging for carrier pickup.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided) to move materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and cycle counting.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or fast-paced environment (voluntary experience counts!).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or scanning technology.
