Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or using an RF scanner.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
- Safely pack items for shipment, ensuring proper handling and protection.
- Operate manual or powered material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) after proper training.
- Organize and consolidate picked orders in staging areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to a supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand order sheets and follow verbal instructions.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and verification.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
