Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems and software.
  • Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping information to ensure accuracy.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all processed orders, customer interactions, and related documentation.

  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding order status, shipment details, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and data handling.
