Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads.
- Professionally introduce Hiring.zycto's services and value propositions.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and interest.
- Accurately qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a detailed and organized record of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly call volume and appointment setting targets.
- Collaborate with team members and sales representatives to optimize strategies.
