Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social selling strategies to prospect and qualify leads.
- Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
- Articulate Hiring.zycto's value proposition clearly and compellingly to prospective clients.
- Conduct initial needs assessments to understand client challenges and pain points.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
- Continuously learn about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales, BDR, or SDR role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
