Your primary responsibility will be to carefully and efficiently package a variety of products, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and presentation before distribution. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to company standards and customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging, reporting any discrepancies.
- Operate basic packaging equipment safely and efficiently after receiving training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper documentation and labeling are attached.
- Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
