Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching.
- Protect adjacent areas by carefully covering with drop cloths, masking tape, and plastic sheeting.
- Load, unload, and transport painting supplies, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist with mixing and matching paint colors according to specifications.
- Clean and maintain tools, brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other equipment after use.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Strictly follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a secure workplace.
- Run errands to pick up additional supplies as needed.
- Assist lead painters with various tasks as instructed, learning techniques firsthand.
Required Skills
