Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression both in person and over the phone.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately, managing provider calendars.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments or outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality policies.
