Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data, wages, deductions, and tax information.
  • Verify timecard data and resolve discrepancies with employees and supervisors.
  • Process new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status in the payroll system.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and related matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the reconciliation of payroll accounts and prepare relevant reports.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end payroll procedures and audits.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
