Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and validation of HR data from various sources (HRIS, ATS, survey platforms, etc.) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the preparation of routine and ad-hoc reports and presentations using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, summarizing key HR metrics and trends.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of people analytics dashboards, ensuring data is up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis under guidance, identifying patterns, correlations, and anomalies in workforce data.
- Help maintain data integrity within HR systems and assist in troubleshooting data-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to understand data requirements and deliver relevant insights.
- Assist with research into best practices in people analytics and data visualization techniques.
- Document processes and methodologies for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the People Analytics team as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
