As our Performance Management Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to analyze current practices, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions that enhance employee engagement and productivity. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for managers and employees on performance expectations, goal setting (OKRs/KPIs), feedback techniques, and development planning. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, senior leadership, and line managers, to ensure performance management initiatives are integrated seamlessly with broader talent management strategies. This includes contributing to succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development programs. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive performance management programs, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for managers and employees on effective performance management, goal setting, feedback, and coaching techniques.
- Act as an internal consultant and subject matter expert on all performance management-related issues, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Facilitate performance calibration sessions and talent reviews to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure performance management practices comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain performance management tools, templates, and resources.
- Support the integration of performance management with other HR functions such as compensation, talent development, and succession planning.
- Research and recommend best practices and innovative approaches in performance management to foster a high-performance culture.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on performance management.
- Proven experience designing and implementing performance management systems.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training and development programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation.
- Experience working in a consulting or fast-paced agency environment.
- Familiarity with various performance methodologies (e.g., OKRs, KPIs, 360-degree feedback).
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
