Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and privacy.
  • Organize and oversee personal and professional events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Assist with personal errands, shopping, and household management as required.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and financial record-keeping accurately.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions, demonstrating strong foresight and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to a high-profile individual or senior executive.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Absolute discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various scheduling software.
