Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and ever-changing executive diaries, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences efficiently.
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, and logistical challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive meeting packs, presentations, and reports, ensuring all necessary documentation is available.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Process expenses, manage invoices, and reconcile budgets related to executive travel and activities.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and emails, and managing correspondence.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for executive documents.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required by the leadership team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, with a strong focus on diary and travel management.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
