Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Answer and screen phone calls, direct inquiries, and handle mail and incoming communications.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks for executives, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
