Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the manager's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls, drafting responses as needed.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials using various software applications.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important information.
  • Assist with basic research tasks and data collection to support manager's projects.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including booking rooms, arranging refreshments, and taking minutes when required.
  • Process expense reports and handle basic budget tracking.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the manager.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as ordering supplies, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Proactively identify and address potential scheduling conflicts or organizational challenges.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications
