  • Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge across various luxury brands and collections.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the store.
  • Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and special requests with utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Stay current with fashion trends, industry news, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist with exclusive client events, private viewings, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards within the personal shopping suite.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, or high-end client services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional knowledge of current fashion trends, designers, and luxury brands.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a refined demeanor.
