Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and transfers.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and grocery shopping as needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and respectful environment.
- Observe and accurately report any changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervisor.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy living environment for clients.
- Adhere strictly to individualized care plans, established policies, and procedures.
- Document client care activities accurately and completely in accordance with organizational standards.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuinely compassionate nature.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
