Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) within a defined territory, including physicians, specialists, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Promote and sell Hiring.zycto's pharmaceutical products effectively, ensuring target achievement and growth.
- Educate HCPs on product features, benefits, clinical data, and appropriate usage through engaging presentations and discussions.
- Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to maximize sales opportunities and market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather feedback from HCPs to inform sales strategies.
- Attend industry conferences, product launches, and professional development seminars as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and expense reports using CRM software.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
