Job Description

As a Remote Phone Sales Representative at Hiring.zycto, you will be the frontline voice of our innovative solutions, engaging prospective clients primarily through outbound calls. This role is crucial for expanding our market reach and building strong, lasting relationships with businesses eager to enhance their operations. You’ll be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored product/service demonstrations, and effectively closing deals, all from the comfort and convenience of your home office. We seek a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about achieving sales targets. You will receive comprehensive training on our offerings and sales methodologies, ensuring you have all the tools necessary to succeed. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to a diverse portfolio of potential clients to identify sales opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of Hiring.zycto's products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Manage a sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure using our CRM system.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor landscape.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a phone sales or telemarketing role (minimum 1 year).
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong persuasive ability and negotiation techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office space.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude, even in the face of rejection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience selling B2B software or service solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead qualification processes.
