This pivotal role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to individuals recovering from a wide range of injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, helping them regain function, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life.
As a Physiotherapist – Rehabilitation, you will be instrumental in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients across various rehabilitation pathways, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical recovery. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, doctors, and support staff, to develop personalized treatment plans that meet each patient’s unique needs and goals. Our focus is on empowering patients through education, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and the use of advanced rehabilitation equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans for diverse rehabilitation cases.
- Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, electrotherapy, and other modalities as appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document all interventions and outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care and seamless transitions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physiotherapy practices and rehabilitation techniques through continuous professional development.
- Adhere to all professional, ethical, and safety standards and guidelines.
Required Skills
- BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in assessing and treating a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and record-keeping.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialist certifications or further training in specific areas of rehabilitation (e.g., neurorehabilitation, sports rehabilitation).
- Experience with advanced rehabilitation equipment and technologies.
- Leadership experience or experience in supervising junior staff/students.
- Proficiency in using electronic patient record (EPR) systems.
