Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare treatment areas and maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic space.
  • Assist licensed Physiotherapists during patient treatments, including setting up equipment and demonstrating exercises.
  • Monitor patients during exercises and report any changes or concerns to the Physiotherapist.
  • Manage and maintain therapy equipment, ensuring proper functioning and sanitization.
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling inquiries.
  • Escort patients to and from treatment areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Replenish supplies and maintain inventory for therapy sessions.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and clinic policies.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the healthcare field.
  • Empathy, patience, and a compassionate attitude towards patients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Reliability and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • First Aid and CPR certification.
