Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets, using various material handling equipment as needed.
- Efficiently pack items securely into appropriate containers, ensuring products are protected for transit.
- Verify product counts and quality, reporting any discrepancies or damages to supervisors immediately.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and prepare them for loading.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently after proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and shipping goals.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Basic comprehension of English for reading labels and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (we will train you!).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
