As a Planner at Hiring.zycto, you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Your daily tasks will involve conducting detailed planning sessions, identifying potential risks and dependencies, and proposing proactive mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and critical path analyses.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct resource loading and leveling to optimize project execution.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Identify potential risks, dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) for schedule management.
  • Ensure adherence to project baselines, contractual requirements, and company standards.
  • Facilitate planning meetings and workshops with internal and external teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Project Planner or similar role.
  • Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
