Key Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with various tasks on residential and commercial job sites.
- Learn and apply fundamental plumbing techniques under direct supervision.
- Help prepare work areas by setting up tools, equipment, and safety measures.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tidying up after job completion.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines meticulously.
- Perform basic demolition, digging, and preparation tasks as instructed.
- Support plumbers in identifying and resolving issues, observing and asking questions to learn.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers in a professional manner.
- Handle and care for company tools and vehicles responsibly.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various conditions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
