Key Responsibilities
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize instruments according to established protocols.
- Assist podiatrists during patient examinations, minor surgical procedures, and various treatments.
- Educate patients on foot care, exercises, and post-treatment instructions as directed by the podiatrist.
- Schedule patient appointments, manage patient records, and handle incoming calls.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and clinic facilities.
- Order and manage medical supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Process patient information, including medical histories and consent forms.
- Provide compassionate support to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being during visits.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and clinic policies.
