Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diversified investment portfolios for institutional and high-net-worth clients.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and implement strategic asset allocation models and investment strategies.
  • Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and client objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on portfolio performance, market insights, and investment decisions to clients.
  • Ensure all investment activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with sales, research, and client service teams to enhance client relationships and expand assets under management.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, articulating investment philosophy and strategy.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the firm's intellectual capital.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in portfolio construction, risk management, and asset allocation.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Excellent understanding of various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with investment management software (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, FactSet).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Deep knowledge of financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA designation (Chartered Financial Analyst).
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) integration in investment portfolios.
  • Previous experience managing portfolios with over $500M AUM.
