Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize, and archive digital media assets using established naming conventions and folder structures.
  • Assist editors with media ingest, transcoding, and synchronization tasks.
  • Perform basic technical troubleshooting for software and hardware issues in editing suites.
  • Ensure proper backup procedures are followed for all project files and raw footage.
  • Prepare project files for delivery, including quality control checks and format conversions.
  • Maintain an organized and clean post-production environment.
  • Provide general administrative support to the post-production team as needed.
  • Learn and adapt to new software, hardware, and workflows quickly.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
