Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master the safe operation of power washing equipment, including pressure washers, hoses, nozzles, and surface cleaners.
- Prepare work sites by setting up equipment, ensuring proper water supply, and securing the area for safety.
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to effectively remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other stains from various surfaces.
- Inspect surfaces before, during, and after cleaning to ensure quality results and customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of power washing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients on job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – full training provided!
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record (essential for driving company vehicles to job sites).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
