Job Description
Hiring.zycto is on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated Remote PPC Specialist to join our expanding team. This is a unique opportunity for a performance-driven individual to take ownership of paid search campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from fast-growing startups to established enterprises. As a core member of our remote workforce, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing PPC strategies across various platforms, primarily Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, but with exposure to social media advertising as well.
Your role will involve comprehensive keyword research, crafting compelling ad copy, meticulous bid management, and continuous A/B testing to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives. We are seeking someone who is not only proficient in the technical aspects of PPC but also possesses a strategic mindset, capable of translating client business goals into actionable campaign tactics. You will regularly analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide insightful reports and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. A deep understanding of conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies is crucial. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage successful PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and potentially social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Write compelling ad copy, optimize landing pages, and continuously perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of spend to achieve maximum ROI and client goals.
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking mechanisms to accurately measure campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage for clients.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for data analysis and conversion tracking.
- Strong understanding of bid strategies, ad ranking, quality score, and various campaign types.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
