Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various types of commercial-grade pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform thorough and precise cleaning of exterior surfaces including buildings, sidewalks, driveways, patios, and outdoor furniture.
- Prepare work areas meticulously, ensuring proper signage, barricades, and safety precautions are in place.
- Accurately mix and apply appropriate cleaning solutions and detergents according to job specifications, surface type, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-job inspections to ensure high-quality results and client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, supervisors, and clients as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work vehicle and all assigned equipment.
- Transport equipment, water tanks, and supplies efficiently to various job sites throughout the Toronto area.
