Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Architect and optimize scalable machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring (MLOps).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to define problem statements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, and evaluate their applicability to business challenges.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and governance of data used in AI/ML initiatives.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and technical recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Drive research and experimentation to explore new data sources, features, and modeling techniques.
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in data science, with a strong focus on AI/Machine Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) or R for data analysis and model development.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, particularly with their ML services.
- Deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end AI/ML projects into production environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Expertise in SQL and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
Preferred Qualifications
