Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the identification and documentation of current business processes through observation, interviews, and data collection.
  • Support senior analysts in mapping 'as-is' and 'to-be' process flows using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Help collect and analyze data related to process performance, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives and solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations detailing process changes and project outcomes.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities related to process improvement projects.
  • Maintain organized records of process documentation, project plans, and improvement metrics.
  • Participate in testing and validating new or modified processes to ensure their effectiveness and adherence to requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the process improvement team as needed.
