Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior product designers with daily operational tasks, including meticulous asset management, file organization, and ongoing design system maintenance.
- Support in the preparation of essential materials for user research sessions, usability testing, and critical stakeholder presentations.
- Document design decisions, comprehensive specifications, and detailed user flows to ensure clear and consistent communication across all cross-functional teams.
- Help collect, categorize, and synthesize user feedback, contributing to actionable insights that drive continuous design iterations and improvements.
- Conduct basic competitor analysis and market research to inform and refine our design strategies and approaches.
- Maintain and update design libraries and component sets accurately within primary design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless design fidelity and alignment during the implementation phase of products.
- Participate actively and contribute meaningfully to design reviews and brainstorming sessions, offering fresh perspectives and creative input.
- Perform thorough quality assurance checks on implemented designs to ensure they consistently meet high visual and functional standards.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with at least one major design tool (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) or a strong eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
