Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Contribute to the creation of wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes that clearly articulate design concepts.
- Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to refine designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals.
- Help maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and technical constraints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Document design specifications and guidelines for development teams.
Required Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing personal projects, academic work, or previous design contributions.
- Fundamental understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
