Key Responsibilities
- Execute detailed test plans and scripts for various products (physical and digital).
- Perform exploratory and ad-hoc testing to discover unexpected issues and user experience friction points.
- Document bugs, defects, and usability issues clearly and concisely, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on product performance, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and designers through virtual communication channels.
- Participate in remote team meetings to discuss test results, product specifications, and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all testing activities and product feedback in designated tracking systems.
- Stay informed about industry best practices for product testing and quality assurance.
- Manage and organize testing equipment and samples received for evaluation.

- Proven experience in product testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
