Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform quality checks on products at various stages to ensure they meet specified standards and identify any defects or inconsistencies.
- Assemble, package, and label finished goods accurately and efficiently for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering strictly to all company safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues promptly to supervisors for immediate resolution.
- Assist with material handling, including loading, unloading, and transporting raw materials and finished products as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve daily production targets and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality assurance, environmental regulations, and workplace conduct.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure continuous operation and minimize downtime.
- Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills, knowledge, and understanding of production processes and new technologies.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Forklift certification or experience operating similar material handling equipment (an asset).
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, nights) as per production needs and schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
