Key Responsibilities
- Assist with various stages of the production process, including material preparation, assembly, and packaging.
- Operate basic production machinery and equipment under supervision after receiving comprehensive training.
- Perform initial quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Transport materials and finished products within the facility using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality control issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to attendance, conduct, and operational guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and reaching.
- Possess a strong work ethic and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- High level of reliability and excellent attendance record is crucial.
