Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure adherence to company standards and specifications.
- Load and unload materials from production lines, ensuring proper material handling procedures are followed.
- Package finished products accurately and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
- Record production data and complete necessary documentation accurately.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

- Forklift certification or experience operating powered industrial trucks (an asset).
- High School Diploma or GED.
