Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packing machinery under supervision, ensuring efficient product flow.
- Efficiently pack finished products into designated containers, boxes, or pallets, adhering to packing instructions.
- Perform visual inspections of products for quality defects, reporting any non-conformances immediately.
- Accurately label and seal packages according to production specifications and client requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and reporting packed goods for accurate records.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and collectively meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or product quality issues to a supervisor promptly.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to health, safety, and operational excellence.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills (ability to read labels, understand quantities, count items).
