Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack finished products into designated containers, boxes, or crates according to company standards and specifications.
- Inspect products for quality defects prior to packing and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Accurately label packages with product information, shipping details, and warning labels as required.
- Operate basic packing machinery and tools safely and effectively after receiving training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and organizing packed goods.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely completion of packing orders.
- Help load and unload materials and finished products, as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packing processes and efficiency.
