Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Supervisor in planning, organizing, and directing daily production operations.
- Monitor production schedules and output, ensuring targets are met efficiently and effectively.
- Help maintain quality control standards, conducting regular checks and addressing non-conformities.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, logistics) to optimize workflow.
- Assist in training new production staff and providing ongoing guidance to team members.
- Prepare daily production reports, documenting progress, issues, and performance metrics.
- Manage raw material and finished goods inventory, supporting accurate stock levels.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
