Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Production Supervisor in planning, organizing, and directing daily production operations.
  • Monitor production schedules and output, ensuring targets are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Help maintain quality control standards, conducting regular checks and addressing non-conformities.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, logistics) to optimize workflow.
  • Assist in training new production staff and providing ongoing guidance to team members.
  • Prepare daily production reports, documenting progress, issues, and performance metrics.
  • Manage raw material and finished goods inventory, supporting accurate stock levels.
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common production issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
