Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive and engaging online course materials, including syllabi, lectures, assignments, and assessments, ensuring alignment with program learning outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality instruction through synchronous and asynchronous online modalities, utilizing various digital tools and learning management systems to foster an interactive learning environment.
- Facilitate meaningful discussions, provide timely and constructive feedback on student work, and hold virtual office hours to support student learning and development.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progress, career pathways, and research opportunities, nurturing their intellectual curiosity and professional growth.
- Stay abreast of current research, developments, and best practices in the academic discipline and online pedagogy, integrating new knowledge into course content and teaching strategies.

Required Skills
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant academic discipline.
- Demonstrable expertise and scholarly contributions in the subject area.
- Minimum of 5 years of university-level teaching experience, with a strong preference for online teaching.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored for digital interaction and clear instruction.
